Today's doctor's visit!

Well, today i had a doctor visit. It was supposed to be a simple checkup, but when Dr. Wilner tried to find the heartbeat with that heartbeat machine, he couldn't find it. Of course, I instantly started to worry, as he asked me to move to the next room so we could do an ultrasound on it. My heart was racing as he started to look. But, he instantly found the heartbeat. What a relief! I guess it was the position of the baby! So, i also got to see a picture of the little tyke, it's finally looking like a human now that I'm 14 weeks! Also, I have felt the baby moving alot in the past couple days, which I thought was really early, but in the ultrasound the baby would not stop moving! How fun to see it moving and being so small!

hi chelsea. i am glad to hear you are okay. hopefully your morning sickness doesn't last you 6 months like all my pregnancies have. :(
we are currently living in queen creek,az. we are actually wanting to put our house up on the market in the next month. we want to sell it and move into mesa with all our family. especially with the boutique that my mom, sister, and i are starting up at the end of this year at my brother in laws' restaurant, posh nosh. so i want to live close by to help out as much as i can with my 3 kiddos. we are thinking of maybe renting a home and then start building on our acre lot in east mesa or renting a home and then selling the lot and then buying a home with a nice down payment. :) we'll see. i just need someone to buy my beautiful big home first. :) anyway, you can email me anytime at: jenrichins@yahoo.com or just post on my blogsite, which you can add to yours if you'd like. can i add yours?

That totally happened to me with this pregnancy too (at the 12 week visit)! I was actually glad because I got the full ultrasound instead which is better than just the heartbeat.

I don't think a pregnant woman EVER stops worrying until she has that babe on her lap, wrapped and cleaned, screaming, beat red & swollen! I'm so grateful you got the full ultrasound. Sorry for the scare!
