So, Saturday, the new primary president had an Easter primary activity. Yes, they are way more on top of things than we were as a presidency. Anyway, it was really fun to see Taeler run and get as many eggs in her basket as possible. The best part of the whole morning was watching all the kids open their eggs and seeing the disappointment in their eyes as they realized there was no candy in their eggs, only crayons and erasers. Of course, all the parents were saying "thank you", but the kids couldn't quite figure out what was going on. My favorite was seeing Tessa Thompson's pouty face as she looked at her TWO eggs she got and then realized there was no candy. I couldn't help but feel sorry for her. We are sure going to miss these fun times where everyone gets together. It's coming to a quick end, and no matter how excited I am to be leaving, there's a part of me that will really miss it here!

Looks like Taeler took that egg hunt seriously! She thought she scored big until she opened the eggs! Too cute. I bet their reactions were pretty depressing! Glad to see things are going great! :o)
What a cutie pie! I would be dissapointed too if there wasn't candy.
Easter Eggs with no candy? Who is this new presidency anyway? Sounds like an adult planned it. Darn parents.
