Artichokes anyone?

On Saturday, I was getting ready to go to the grocery store to get stuff for Sunday dinner and so I asked Josh if there was anything he specifically wanted.  Of course, he just said "whatever", but instantly Taeler spoke up and insisted I get some artichokes.  She LOVES them and would eat them everyday if I bought them.  So, I got two of them and on Sunday morning she wanted them for breakfast and then lunch, but I finally cooked them for dinner.  Are any of your kids obsessed with artichokes?  She can eat an entire one herself.  I guess I should be glad, although I don't know how nutritious they are.  But, they are a vegetable.....so.....good enough.  I should have taken a picture of her eating it, but forgot.

Amy, I still love the blondie! We'll have to get one when we get together in AZ.

That is so cute! I'm sorry to gross you out, but the only way I know how to eat artichokes (other than in a salad from a jar, marinated) is to peel the leaves and dip them in mayo! Fat always tastes good! Does she just eat them plain? Wow!

Hey, if its green, its good! Sometimes I give my kids green popsicles because i feel like it has been so long since the color entered their bodies. :)
How cute that she likes them so much!
